Hey Southern Ontario peeps. Looks like we have, what is going to be the biggest and best event to hit the GTA in a looooong time. Im helping promote this event as the guys organizing it are long time riding buddies and have a love for the two wheeled variety and are honesty the most stand up guys you will ever meet. This has been a long time in the making and all they wanna do is to have an event for everyone that has put some hard work into their rides to show it of with pride, without prejudice, and to have some fun with others who can appreciate each others company.

Lets make this the best bike event in Southern Ontario.

Since I don't "do" facebook , any suggestions how to contact the organizers?
It would be neat to do the show, as it falls between a couple of VRRA events.

Typical Canadian turnout...

An important event planned on our turf, including support by a major player and the thread has been dead for more than 50 days!!! No wonder all we have is 4 bullshit shows, which never change, same old same old. This is our chance to make something big don't let it fail just like the Georgian Bay Bike Week. :mad:

It wont fail. We are still putting the word out via "word of mouth" the website is being worked on, there is still a lot of buzz being created. Ill talk to the organizers and see what is coming down thw pipeline in the next few weeks.
 
I know it will be successful Paul, but when you get 38 pages of inane dribble on drinking, it pisses me off When this idea hasn't made it to a full page. It's Canada and still winter so where are the anxious Ontario riders, why aren't they chatting this up, drumming up interest amoungst themselves and some close neighbors to the south? :mad:
 
I spoke to Tim about a banner on DTT and he will be putting something up when the website is ready.

And I will post a link to this thread on the CX forum as I know a few others who would be interested as well

I don't have a FB account so I can't do it there.........got sick of the whole social media thing as I had tons of "friends" who weren't really my friend, and if people want to talk to me they can just call me
 
Hello from Freedom Machine Show.

We've just caught wind of this thread on Do the Ton, we will try to post up some info on the show to address any questions.
The Facebook Page will be the main page for this season, and photos on Instagram.
We hope to see a whole mix of great people up at the event July 11 with many original bikes coming out of the woodwork.
The address is Frontier Ghost Town, 503186 Grey Road #12, RR1 NOG 1RO. Saturday is the show, Bands and camping are included.

If you have any questions send us an email, we will do our best to answer.

Too bad it's the same weekend as Mid-Ohio, or I'd be there fo sho. :p

As it is, I'll get the "Kawasaki Triples Canada" guys geared up and see if we can't get at least a few 'smokers' out. :D
