Hey guys im really starting to fall in love with these old style bikes, anyone know where i can get a front end like these bikes have? or a how to on fabricating the front fork on these? would be great!
Hossack is a much later development, they are Grider forks, been around since 1890's
Easiest place to find information is chopper crowd
I have this link but it isn't working for me at present http://www.chopperhandbook.com/neatstuff/girder.htm
You can find springer forks all over the place. All Harleys had en up until the 50s I think. Lots of Brit bikes had them until the 50s. Plus, depending on what you want to spend, there are a ton of companys making aftermarket setups. Girders are harder to come by. And more expensive. They are out there though.
