I got out the ohmmeter and confirmed the color matchup that Sonreir suggested. Here is a pic of the resistance and how they wires match up to the correct diagram colors.

Thanks. I will try checking the resistance tonight. The bike is a K6 so I am not sure why it would have the older color wires.

I am installing a new wiring harness and am having trouble identifying the wires running from the stator. Wiring diagrams show them as pink, white and yellow. On my bike they appear more like brown, green and white (yellow/red in pic is neutral indicator). This post on HondaTwins...
