Yup, me too. I do have a lead on a big bore piston that will use the same wrist pin as the CB100. Other options are sleeves, but I don't think you actually get 200cc.

I had to work through the holidays and now might be coming close to another day off.. I think that I am going to shorten the rear "hoop" to make the overall seat shorter. I still am looking for opinions on the bump.

Switch to roving woven if you are worried about strength. Be warned, it will not make curves easily. You will have to go back with another layer of CSM unless you want to leave it exposed on the bottom facing the tire. You don't have to make up "peanut butter" to use as a filler. Any quality...

It turned out that the stops on the neck were broke off. A little bar stock and 5 minutes of welding and I have a new stop. It doesn't all that great, but it seems to work. I never had a bike that turned so sharp, so I got to wondering... It friggin cold out, so I will hopefully get...

After playing with some last night again, the stops look to leave the forks almost perpendicular when turned all the way. It seems a little extreme, so I have some bar stock and will weld a little to each side of the frame to extend the stop. Anybody know of a different way? The triples look...

Yeah, I will have to move the tank back a little. It's close to hitting the lock but hits the tank on the top. The bottom of the tank sits higher than the lower tree. Thanks!

So my CB100 saga continues for right now... I have a CL175 tank mocked onto my tankless CB100. My question is if more people have trouble with the triple tree hitting the tank or if their clubman bars hit the tank first? I plan on getting a set of clubmans for this little bike to keep it old...
