I'm waiting for the pic after delivery with Boyer standing 10ft away. Looks rad.

I predict a screwdriver falls out of the sky onto the tank as you unload the bike...

Beautiful work, man. Congrats.

Ha you're funny. I am just about to ride it over to his place and put it in his garage for when he gets home on Saturday. If I crash on the way I better not make it LOL. Been a challenge but it raised my game. Next one will be nicer and hopefully mine. Jill said. Wow that looks really nice, makes yours look like crap.

And delivered. New owner will be seeing it Saturday, will be the first thing he sees when he opens his garage. I hope he likes it.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand..... breath.

Ha this was quite a project. Not sure I could do it again, at least not with a deadline, unless it was a full time job, then I would. Nights and weekends only made it tough.

Guess what just came home to the stable. My buddy I built this for is downsizing a bit and had no place to keep her. I had to drive 4200 Miles to TX and back to bring her home and she currently is not running but home in the stable.

Long haul for sure. I love a road trip but I've gotten so I hate those rush, rush trips. We started out making our southern migration, south and then back north, in two days. Got tired of that real quick; now we plan for four days and if it takes longer then so be it! Glad you are back home safe.

Yes I prefer to take longer to be able to see sites and not just drive but sometimes you have to munch the miles. when we haul the camper we take our time and can stop and sleep in it to stretch the trip too which is nice.

Well I got the girl moved out into the garage to start trying to bring her back to life. Put the new battery in, all the electrical is good and she turns over. Now for the bad, pulled the gas cap and got the lovely smell of bad gas, you know the Varsol paint thinner mixed with nail polish smell. SO off came the tank to drain that out. Next the throttle cables are seized so will need to either replace or see if I can lube them and free them up. He wasn't kidding when he said it has been sitting. It may actually be worse off then when I first pulled it out of a shed LOL. Wish me luck, will be a day or 2 before I can get back to it I think as we just had an issue at our training site for MSF, someone put some houses on the lot taking up half our space. Have to go there tonight and try and fit the exercises into a much smaller spot.
