Will it remove paint?I have two tanks that need repainting and it would really be helpful if it would remove paint as well.If not.Aircraft stripper and then the bath in your suggested solution.

Awesome.Glad that tip worked out for you.I didn't realize those forks were adjustable,but that makes it easier.No need to remove the fork internals to keep them from falling out.

Jack the bike up,pop the fork caps off and remove the upper spacers.Then slide the forks up and see if it tightens up as it slides up.

Ok cool.I never seen that style fork on a Bandit.

I brought this up to Rich in another forum post.I run Bandit fenders on my Katana front ends on my GS500s.I have never seen a bandit fork set with this style of fender mounting.It kind of seems like the VX800 had these forks.

Call your local dept of motor vehicles.They will tell you exactly what you need to reg your bike there.

Axle should be 20mm.

I bought an oil filter relocation kit and I want it to look like the polished and clear coated engine side covers.They are already pretty smooth.I think some 320,600,1000,1500 and clear coat them will work.What clear coat should I use directly on aluminum,2K?
