Got a 1970 CL350 mostly original, what would you do to it?

Oh hell no. That's a prize man, GREAT find. Repair it, preserve it, ride it. I have a bigger cc bike I'll trade you for if you want something to resto-mod or chop.

1979 CB750 DOHC Compatible Front End

Thanks, ya the wheel has a big dent on the other side. I ordered correct forks & triple off ebay. Pricey at $175 but had to be done & few options listed to keep it original. It will at least look a lot better soon. Keeping an eye out for better pricing on the other bits I need.

    $650 1980 Honda 750 Super Sport

Replacement forks & triple on the way from Texas. Ya it's a beauty right? Correct replacement forks & triple on the way from Texas. Looking for better deals on rotors, wheel, headlight, signals, & fender. So far it's a no-start but it has spark and all fuses are good. Going to check...

No chopping on this one, it's too complete & original. I think the rack is badass, it makes road trips possible

    $650 1980 Honda 750 Super Sport

Followed me home today, found on CL Obviously it needs a new front suspension, headlight, & signals. Previous owner ran it into something. An easy swap if the neck is okay. 27,009 miles, clean title on non-op at DMV, & the correct keys. Shiny unpitted chrome, the tank is like new inside. It's...

1979 CB750 DOHC Compatible Front End

Need a front end for my new project. Anyone got a leftover factory front laying around from their GSXR conversion? I'm in San Jose, CA and willing to drive a bit, or shipping would be cool too. I don't need the wheel, I have a good wheel. Thanks

Forks for 1980 CB750 Super Sport

Just bought this '80 CB750 w/ bent forks (haven't picked it up yet). What Honda triple stems or 35mm forks are bolt-on? It's so complete/original that I want it to keep it as stock looking as possible. I have a GL500 front wheel already and should have the GL500 forks around here somewhere...

    XS1100 #2 Carb Main Nozzle

Thanks, ya I saw the single part # on the diagrams too. Since posting I have found that on some bikes the factory used fewer feeder holes on the #2 & #3 carbs to try to keep center combustion chamber temps more consistent with the cooler outer combustion chambers.

    XS1100 #2 Carb Main Nozzle

My #2 carb main nozzle is has less feeder holes than the others. Is this correct for the #2 carb or is it the wrong nozzle? This has 2 feeders & 3 feeders... all the others have 4 & 4. My first Yamaha, all my Hondas we're consistent. Thanks

    $300 '79 Yamaha XS1100

So carbs & air box are out for cleaning. I was thinking it was too complete to turn into a cafe bike but what if I just added low bars and removed the rear fender... "Just to see what it might look like" Better I think

    $300 '79 Yamaha XS1100

Jackpot! The carbs are very clean inside, no sludge in the bowls, and no torn rubber. Started it on starting fluid yesterday so having more confidence in it. Intake boots are rotted so new boots, sparks plugs, fuel line & filters ordered. Next is freeing up the clutch cable and rebuilding the...

    $300 '79 Yamaha XS1100

Went to pick up a rough '81 Midnight Special for a cafe bike this morning and decided on this '79 instead, with title. Won't start but I think it's too nice to chop up, what do you think?

    Relocating Twinstar Coil

Is there any reason not to relocate the coil to the downtube if I make a little rock/rain shield for it? I can't think of any issues and the plug wires still reach the plugs. It won't fit in to stock location with the new tank.
