need help whit carbs , this bike start bot when i throttle the rpm goes to 3000 and some times go up more and stays there i need to use the choke to lower the rpm .some times stays at 3000 rpm for a wile and then start to go low in till 1000 rpm and some times the rpm wont go more than 2000rpm...

i have this bike from my uncle i love it is a yamaha rd350 ,its been 5month sense the las time its star and yesterday i plug the battery and it run .the fuel is not good in the tank this engines don't die .the only think it has no title .
