A damper would do wonders to the handling, and might just save you some titanium plates down the line ;D
Not to discount what Vonyinzer said, but sometimes after-market dampers are the way to go, don't ask how I learnt this :'(

Bike's originally an American import, and the fairing is apparently made by a company called Moto Italia. My mate reckons it's some kind of Harley after-market setup, but I can't find anything on the inter-webs. The perspex bubble screen is cracked from when I dropped her in a Bavarian river...
