re the seat, there is a frame of 1" flat stock built into the frame which is matched to 1" flat stock cross members on the frame itself to bolt through. I will shoot some pics of it next time it is off. There is also a battery box tied into the rear end where the original frame sections were cut...

totally am going to... just haven't got to it yet. Getting the carbs dialed in has turned into a real pain in the ass. Hopefully have that done within the next day or two then address the other tweaks it needs.

Yup.... it is. ;D Gonna try running a separate ground in a sec and see if that helps.

Thats what I figured... but can you think of why it would no longer be grounding through the stock bracket?????? That's what is making me second guess myself.

GAH! I hate wiring/electrical. Standard ish CB/CL tail light... has three wires coming to it and is still on the stock mount/fender. Mounted and wired the tail light does not work... with the tail light off the bracket, if I touch either of the two wires that actually run to the bulb OR the...

I'll check for air leaks for sure. Would high floats cause fuel out of the actual exhaust though???
