totally am going to... just haven't got to it yet. Getting the carbs dialed in has turned into a real pain in the ass. Hopefully have that done within the next day or two then address the other tweaks it needs.
I like the bracing you added where the side covers where, especially the cross between the two. Looks like it will add some strength and reduce some flex. What size tire you running up front?
NATE
re the seat, there is a frame of 1" flat stock built into the frame which is matched to 1" flat stock cross members on the frame itself to bolt through. I will shoot some pics of it next time it is off. There is also a battery box tied into the rear end where the original frame sections were cut out.
IIRC it's a 110 100 19 on the front.... 19" rim laced to a 175 hub that I cut the fuck out of. The original forks are still on but fully shaved sans the needed brace hole.
The bike is actually at a buddies place that did his magic to get the carbs corrected today so I will have to look tomorrow. If that's not it then it's a 100 100 19.
The rear wheel is a cb 160 hub/18" rim. Cannot recall the tire size. The rear end is raised two inches from stock via my having cut the hell out of the frame and re fabbed it. The 19" front and 18" rear with the rear frame alterations were close enough to the geometry that I wanted that cutting the neck was not needed.
Today:
Have to weld on a brake swich bracket, whip up a tail light bracket and license bracket tomorrow then will be beating it around for a bit before teardown and paint. Blahblahblah
