I just bought this CL200, in damn near mint condition. The motor is locked up, but I know for a fact it isn't majorly locked up, just needs a little persuading to come unlocked. I've tried putting it in gear and rolling it back and forth after letting PB blast sit in the cylinders for two weeks. It did nothing but make the back tire skid. Now I'm trying to turn the crankshaft, but my question is, how do I turn the crankshaft without disassembling the whole motor? Do I take off the clutch side panel off, or the panel where the alternator/generator is?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Also, title was lost by 4 owners ago, so any recommendations to get it on the road would be great. I think Vermont can help?
