1977 Honda CB750F Build Log

Nice job on your bike. I might have done some things a bit differently, but it might just make it different rather than better. I prefer to have fenders on my bikes, I like center mounted tail lights and license plates and I think I would have gone with a 110 x 17 front tire instead of the 120. It looks to have pretty heavy handling on the front end, but I could be wrong about that.

It’s probably better than what it seems at a glance. I found that the gsxr bars are wider and offer great leverage going into turns.

Update: I’ve reached a great place- I plan on riding it like this for a long time.

Swapped the front to a sportier aspect ratio and size, trying out the front fender, small windscreen removed, GPS speedometer added.

What a absolutely brilliant job you've done here, I like your problem solving skills, especially the front sprocket in the drill press. It's amazing what you can slove when one has to. Your son looks like he'll be keen to have it passed on one day. We'll done again & was so well written.

Thank you! It's been an absolute blast to navigate all the little nuances on a limp budget and basic garage tools. I live by the philosophy, “if you can't be handsome, be handy”
