20mm AXLE spoke wheel

Hey everyone i have searching for a while now and cant find a dual disk spoke wheel that will accomidate a 20mm axle.

I know of CHENEY that makes wheel but i dont have that kind of cash to spend. However i do have a harley narrow glide wheel on the side but the diamiter of the hub only accomidates for a 44mm or 45mm bearing. is it possible that a shop could bore that out to 47mm so i could run the correct bearings? thanks for any help.
 
Right off the bat, Honda CB front wheels can do a dual rotor and one of the very few bearing options they have takes them to a 20mm axle.

What is the stock bearing OD in your Harley hub - 44 or 45mm? Can't be both. There does seem to be a lack of choice in that bearing size.

If you've looked at Cheney, you might have seen their stepped spacers. Common approach is to go with a larger bearing ID and use a stepped spacer to reduce it to the axle size. Say from 20 to 17mm.

Milling out the hub to go to 47mm would be a challenge I'd think and likely expensive.

What forks are you using? You might consider modifying them to accept the 3/4" or whatever it is HD axle. Probably a couple of easy to make spacers or milling out the fork lowers. I had my XS650 fork modified to take a different sized Suzuki axle.
 
CB450, 550, 750 at least.

What forks are you using? Chances are yes, you could have a simple set of shims made to put your smaller axle into whatever forks you're running. Depends a bit on how they clamp onto the axle. But generally speaking, should be easy.

ive had a cb550 front hub with 22mm ID bearings. No biggie, and disks from ducati (monster etc) fit right on. You will have to make adapters to make the disks more outwards and also adapters to accomodate the calipers.

Look at my cb550 tracker, i did it on that one. I'm sick and lazy so no link sorry
