25% increase in power jetted below stock and running rich

Texasstar

Can't is a four letter dirty word
I wanted to put this out for the community. Sonreir said it may be reversion. The Dyno says we are running rich. We gained 2hp and 1500 rpm by jetting to 90s. The stock cl200 has 95mains, the cb200 has 88's. We are running cl175 open exhaust and cb750 velocity stacks and 18mm keihin carbs. Our left plug electrode is bronze and our right is slightly gray white. Any thoughts? The tuner says we should go into the 80's. Our dyno runs were:
12whp@8000 velocity stacks with a Uni filter
13whp@8500 velocity stack 100 main
14.8whp@9500 90 main
15.2whp@10000 90 main

Use the dyno and an exhaust gas analyzer to get the proper air/fuel ratio and take all the guessing out of the equation. It sounds like you are already pretty close.
