Not those ones - I'm using Tomaselli adjustable clipons - they're on eBay now for $110 + shipping, which while more than those, they're great bars and adjustable.
 
I have the Tomaselli adjustables too. Once you set them up the way you want you pretty much leave them. They give you much more flexibility in how you initially set them up. I have heard good things about the ones you mention on ebay too though.

everyone had a slightly different riding stance where you feel comfortable so adjustability is a must from my experience I don't run clipons but my clubmans can be adjusted up or down with little trouble and give for me a very comfortable ride I would tell you to buy them only if you can return if you don'tlike them.
