37mm GS500 front end for stock XS650 front end.

That's it. Need a stock XS front end, and have a clean GS500 front end to trade. Definitely an upgrade for your cafe project. AllBalls sells a bearing set to swap it over. Built in fork brace. Will need seals. I need an XS650 front end in good condition.

Is this a straight swap for a Xs650 frame except for the bearings? If so, do you have the part numbers for the bearings? How do I find the correct ones? Will the stance of the bike change, since the GS500 is shorter, isn't it?

Richsuz, check AllBallz racing. They have the chart to show what bearings are needed for the swap.
