Sorry, No dice... When I saw a CB450 in your user name I thought the one off mine would be that size, but it's 7 3/4" between the ears.

Hey if you're still looking for that headlight I've got one, I haven't been home to measure and I won't be for another week but I'm pretty sure it's about 6 1/4 with the 5 3/4 headlight
