74 cb360 first project... worth diving into?

I'm planning to start one this weekend, actually. I wanted to have something to show before I did, don't want to come off like a poser. Just got the bent frame stripped down tonight, aside from the fork and front wheel. Hoping to get a decent bit done this weekend.
 
Yea, I'de say you got a deal. Those CL pipes alone are worth $200

Good luck! And don't cut corners. I got lazy with a few aspects of my first build (CB360) out of impatience and
I regret it. Spend the money to powdercoat the frame, and use lots of penetrating oil!
