Hello everyone! So being as lazy as I am, I finally decided to start a project post. I bought a '74 Cb360 for $500 awhile ago as my first bike with 6,600 original miles on her, she starts right up. I then rode it around for awhile then said " Fu#k it I'm gonna tear into this puppy!!"

So here I go...... Project Succubus "the female demon appearing in dreams who takes the form of a human woman cb360 in order to seduce men!! (No Homo)

This is how I got her..

Re: Project Succubus!! The CB360 Soul Sucker!

OK so I cant find a lot of my pics >:( !! So I'm just going to post the ones I have this far..

I used an old Benelli 260 Mojave tank and love the way it looks! My goal is to make this a vintage/modern style cafe racer, so one thing I did was weld in a Harley aircraft style vented gas cap. Looks like it was made for it IMO

I used WoodCraft clip-ons, and got an awesome digital tach/speedo (damn thing was expensive)

Cleaned up the frame and added a 1/2 x 1/2 in. square tube brace to stiffen up the frame

Re-welded the rear hoop at an angle for the new seat. You can also see how my tank is attached to the frame I welded the back peace on the tank and it attaches with two bolts through rubber grommets.

Then I started to make the seat

Then I taped off the Styrofoam and fiberglassed the whole thing

Re: Project Succubus!! The CB360 Soul Sucker!

The whole reason there is a recess in the seat was for you guessed it the seat pan!

I taped off the seat pan area, covered the rest with bags to protect the bike from over spill.

First layer woven fiber glass

Two mesh layers then a final woven layer... yum fiberglass sandwich!

All trimmed up with bolts installed

Next up are the rearsets, I bought a set of '03 R6 rearsets off ebay for $50. Now I just have to figure out how to mount them!

Its an Acewell gauge, searched forever and found a place in Australia that had it in stock Paid like $200!!! Damn thing was expensive but I love it! Think I saw knock offs on Ebay for cheap after I got it.
