74mm Id sleeve for cb450?

I have some 74mm piston kit from thr. I could bore the stock sleeve to 74mm but it leaves a wall of 2mm.

Would it be dangerous for cracks? Ive already crack one... Might be due to the crankshaft issue I had.

Or I'd like to get some 74mm sleeve to fit in there.

Which one would you suggest and where to get the sleeve?

I have a KZ1000 that's bored 3mm over at 73mm. Wiseco has 2 kits this bore size for
the KZ1000. One comes with oversized sleeves and one doesn't. I picked the one without.
This left the thinner, lower part of the sleeve about .060 in. thick. I run a large oil cooler
and with 10.25/1 compression with high lift, short duration cams. There hasn't been a
problem in the 2 years the bike has on the road.

Thank you... Then i supposed it's just bad luck that the sleeve cracked... I'll redo another one then...
