'76 kz400 part out

I really wanted to make a project out of this, but too many things were too far gone to be worth it. So:

1976 KZ400 Special
8000 miles if the speedo is to be believed.
Located in Gunnison, CO

Engine:
It's torn halfway down due to a really seized piston. Judging by the cam chain tensioners, rockers, etc, it might actually only have 8000 miles. But, previous owner stored it behind a shed with no spark plugs, hence the seized cylinder. All parts available, lets discuss.

Frame:
No title, but it's in pretty good shape. Shocks, inner fender, and swingarm are there too. I don't really want to ship this.

Carbs:
Good condition, some rust on the vacuum domes (exterior). Carb boots are cracked. One almost certainly leaks.

That's all I've got. I'm keeping the wheels and forks. There is no tank, seat, turn signals, bars, headlight, tail light.

hmm - I am in denver, but I'd like that exhaust. I can't see myself coming to the gunnison valley anytime soon though... Got a friend who's parents live there, but again may be a while.

Gonna try to fit the exhaust to the ladyfriend's xs650. It looks very close. If that doesn't work out, the exhaust will be available, too.
