77 CB750f carb leak, help please

I am sure this would be a simple fix for those with more experience, but I am in need of a little help. 77 cb750f leaking from overflow of carb 1. Drain valve is closed with a new o-ring. I pulled the bowl thinking the float was stuck in the down position. I pulled the bowl & insured the float was moving free and tested it with the fuel on, no problems. I carefully put the bowl back in place making sure not to make contact with the float. Fuel on, still leaking?..
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

1st: Check your float levels. Ensure they are the correct height per your manual. If the level is high (low when turned right-side-up), the float needle will not properly shut off fuel. After you are sure your floats are properly adjusted, check your float needle and needle seat for damage. Replace if necessary.

If nothing else, and it still leaks; use a small hammer and LIGHTLY tap on the float bowl. This should free up the float needle to help seal up the float bowl and get any dirt/sediment free from the needle.

Are you using an in-line fuel filter? If not, you should be. It'll help prevent dirt/sediment from getting into the carb & engine.

Thanks for that. I did check the manual for float level. 14.5mm. It was off a little, carefully i bent the float arm & got it spot on. However, problem still remained. Upon further investigation, i finally noticed a small crack in the bowl itself near the drain screw, (as pictured).

I searched flea-bay but was unable to find 1. It is carb #1 btw. Do I have any repair options, or just replace?
Thanks again

Still a work in progress. I am replacing the float needle just to be safe. There was some built up debris around it. Also adding an inline fuel filter hopefully to prevent this from happening in the future. Still cant find a replacement bowl... There must be 1 out there somewhere??

Get it to a machine shop. a drop of tig filler will take care of it. bowls are usually bought on the rack. All 4 that is, and you pay for 4 aswell..
