bad assed, super fast and fully gassed
ITS ALIVE!!! After months of sitting in the basement, rebuilding the top end of the motor, rebuilding the carbs, rejetting based on guesses, since i couldnt try my jetting out, rewiring the entire bike, tweaking this and that, painting, etc etc etc. I got the roller out of the basement, hauled the damn motor up and put it all back together. Got the carbs installed, checked my connections and grounds, check for spark on all four, and hit the starter button. WIRRRRRRRRR. Bummer, starter clutch is bunk. Sucks. So im about to revive a fresh motor by KICKING it. Joy. Kicked and kicked and kicked. No luck. Poked around for a bit, got spark, cold compression is good, plugs are wet, so its getting gas....wait. The Plugs ARE WET! its wicked rich, cant breathe! So i tweaked the air screws. Kicked it once and BANG! Fired right up. And after 30 seconds she's off choke. Idling SMOOOOTH. Sounds like a sewing machine. With a big ass header! LOL. I'll get some pics up soon. Still working on the body work.
