Lowered the asking price down here in Miami Beach to $2800. Summer's been rough down here. Here's the link again... http://miami.craigslist.org/mdc/mcy/5125632911.html.... Phone number's in the ad, hit me up there or here if you have any questions. Also any help would be appreciated if you know someone who's been looking. Pretty sure desperation's not a selling point but believe me after all I've put into her it's taking a lot for me to let it go.
It's also up on eBay if buying through that channel is more comfortable... http://www.ebay.com/itm/252063542896?forcerRptr=true&item=252063542896&viewitem=
