A couple of tanks and seats

It looks like the only one that we have that is close to the stock length and is wide enough for that style frame is our manx tank. A couple of bad pics on the cb900 (same frame):

We are currently working on the bottoms to fit this frame and hope to have our plugs/molds done soon.

Really like this tank. the lines and kneed cutouts are perfect for my project.
If I read you correctly, the manx tank is under construction for this frame or were you referring to the Featherbed tank only?

If so, what is your time frame and projected pricing?

You have a tank/seat combo like this to fit a 550? That is exactly what I am looking for right now.

I also would likt get this tank and seat setup for a CB 750.

On the seat, do you do the upholstery, or is that on me?

for the seat and tank, with the tank treated for pump gas, what would it cost?

I'd be ready to order next month, once I'm home from Afghanistan.

Traveler,
We appreciate what you and the others are doing for us in country.
Come home safely.

Appreciate the kind words. It's nice to be thanked, even when it's not necessary. I'm happy to be able to help everyone have a better life...although I do think it's time to come home and fix the darn mexican border issue....anyway back to bikes.....

Yeah Joe, it's me. Always liked the SOHC 750's. found this site when you mentioned it once at another place.

I've been thinkin about a new project, like I told ya....but instead of jsut another rigid bike, I though it would really be cool to finally do an old school sportbike. This cafe stuff is a great combination of old school and new stuff.

73-76 CB750 in MINT condition. Need to find one, then have Gage here hook me up with a tank and seat.

Then a bubble fairing or a full CR750 fairing with a small hole cut for a headlight.

Clubmans, rear pegs, handlebar mirror and a Yoshi pipe from Carpy out in cali. and then figure out some paint.

I want a MINT CB.....no dog eared orphans......done that before. remember the sporty? That thing was the most beat up sporty I think I've ever seen. I was embarassed to have the thing in the garage. That's why I stripped it, and got rid of all the crap I didn't want by the first day!

FYI, we now have a mold for the full bubble fairing for the CR750. I'll post pictures.

Yeah....please. I'd like to see it.

Is it a Dunstall type?

My buddy Greg at Ohio Cafe Racers makes a nice cb350 tank.

Looks like the link on his page isn't working right now.

Nice looking tanks.

He used to but no more. That is why it doesn't show up on his site anymore. He flat out told me he was not taking any more orders about 9 months ago. I guess if you're homies with him anything is possible but OCR cannot be considered a source for cafe parts.
