I've had a few people tell me the same. I just don't like black vehicles. The blue is really a test to see what a matte metal flake will look like.MORK said:I liked the black and red a bit.

I put drag bars on my c and they do hit the tank.MORK said:Drag bars will probably hit as well. My low rise motocross bars barely clear with the throttle cables.
The tunnel is a little narrower, it hits the weld for the gusset at the front but it will get past if you work the tank side to side to walk it past. I also shaved a little off the rubber mounts. The rear mount moves 3"-4". The petcock swapped in from the C tank to the 80 or 81 900F tank and it's in the right place. My key also works for the tank.CB MIKE said:Bluegoat, Curious about the fit of the f tank, how serious of a modification is required? Is it just a matter of the length and adjusting the cross member the tank bolts to?

BlueGoat said:Got started on the seat and tail. Glued and carved some blue foam. Hope to get some drywall mud on this weekend.
I was wondering the same, keep the mud dry once done. That stuff will melt away if you decide to ride in the rain haha.JSJamboree said:Wait, what? You finishing the garage walls too? I've not heard of this method of seat making before. Interested to see how well whatever you are doing works out. It took me two tries to get my seat even on both sides so be sure to measure 1000 times before you start to lay fiberglass (assuming you aren't building a seat out of drywall)
