Another rousing game of "Name That Part"!!!

This old fairing may get used on something. Buuuut.... I'd like to find an actual windscreen. Only problem is that I have no clue where its from, or what it is. Any takers?

That's a "generic quarter fairing" from a small shop in Pittsburgh. The windscreen is manufactured to OSHA's specifications - to block dust and debris while grinding steel. The black paint is appliance epoxy, and the original mounts are broken.
