nice minis if you have any hi res version i could use as backgrounds that would be awesome. i have the 209th mustang ever built a datsun 1200 coupe with a 225 hp 12a in it that is waiting a garage no pics of either since i have none of the datsun and the mustang ones are all with it at my rents garage where they are kind enough to store it fro me

Well my vintage car (a lowered 66, 67, 68, 70, 71 vw beetle. gotta love the parts interchangability of the old vw's) is just a finished chassis, and a pile of parts right now. If anyone knows of a halfway decent 68 or earlier body on the cheap, lemme know. Im goin for something like this as a finished product....

Now thats out of the way, heres some pics from the last Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix.http://pvgp2.schoolwires.net/pvgp/site/default.asp If your ever in the area its AMAZING. They close down a whole city park and race the shit out of some very old cars. The even have a pre-war class. Terrific stuff. The whole event takes place over 10 days. Not enough vintage bikes, but maybe in the future.

One day id love to get my hands on one. Especially a P1800 coupe.... Maybe the sexiest non german/italian car ever.

Theres one online ive seen (cant remember where) thats running an entire drive train from an 80's nissan z. Its all beefed up suspension wise and STUPID FAST. Id love to get my hands on one. My stepdad has a spare 200/6 and a 4 speed from an old mustang id love to mount into one. With some performance goodies those old 200/6's can put out 275 hp and be reliable enough to drive every day. I've got a certain FOMOCO overhead cam V8 that may well get wedged in with a nice 6speed.
That's a project for next year probably, I don't see myself dropping any huge piles of $$ this year.
When I do though I will be building up the suspension as well. I've got a 350Z rear end complete; subframe, punkin, axles, arms...everything. I'll probably sling that in there and weld up some tube A-arms for the front. Maybe I'll track down the 350z brakes for up front too.....we'll see.....

This little '64 Falcon Futura Coupe (Aussie model....both the car & the girl..hehehe) is what we still currently own.
And this was my pride & joy, '61 Ford Ranch Wagon which I sold to help finance the purchase of our home
She was a beast.
....and about 12 years ago I had this......a modified '62 Ek Holden Wagon that I customised into a 4 door Delivery. Installed a 202 Red Motor, 4 Speed, HR Disc Brake front and HR Drum rear with modified cam. She got along nicely for a 6 cyl.
One day I'll have a little Hot Rod but for now, bikes are my thing!
