Anyone know about Vee Rubber tires?

They seem to have some vintage styles available, but for prices that low you have to expect some lack of quality. Anyone have any insights on these tires?

Last shop I worked for carried them. Couldn't give them away, after they sat on the tire rack for a month or two they would take a permanent set. Hard to bead up. Very low quality rubber. Better than the dry rotten tires on my CL, but not by much...
