I don't know of any, but I'm in the area. I'm formerly from Western PA. Whereabouts are you?

i'm in new cumberland. the only one i know of is in Lebanon but i can't remember the name of the place. i guess i could call some body shops, or CJ's and ask.

found a place. Coating Concepts, 405 n east st Carlisle, Pa. dropped a set of rims, front master cylinder, frame, swing arm, and lower fork tubes off today. cost 125 bucks for paint removal and cleaning.
