The Ann Arbor Current just published another article on the new Cafe Racer shop in Ypsi. Nothing particularly new or exciting in the writeup, but good to see more press.

How is the shop? Worth a ride from Grand Rapids?
We don't have anything like that in our area that I have found.

I would say yes. simply because we have to support shops and cafes like this if we want the m to be there for the longer run. I went to the fall Cafe/rock-a-billy show and it was a blast. I live up in Saginaw so it's not too bad 89 miles.

Tuesday nights are Bike Nights in Depot Town (where Cafe Racer is). Starts ~7PM and goes late. Said they never officially stop during the year, but the colder/darker months there isn't much (if any) turnout ... Cafe Racer holds 'movie night' in their shop on Tuesdays though.

The bigger cycle events (Ton Up Festival) are worth a ride-in IMO.
