atc200 engine?

Anyone know if the atc200 engine has the same bolt pattern as the cb100/125/xr200 line? One is for sale here and I'm thinking about it. Anyone know if it is a good street motor? Gearing, power, etc? The one feature I like is the pull-start. It would fix my no - kickstart problem. Also, it is 200cc. I wonder if I can just swap the left side covers to gain the pull - start. Any info would be great as always.

I believe that they were only a four speed. Probably not too much power if it is a "S" or "M" models they had no clutch. If iit were the "X" model that model was quite a bit faster had a clutch and kick starter. they all had lighting coils and I believe CDI ignition, chain drive. Might be kind of cool.

The model for sale locally is an E model. Auto clutch 5 speed, dual range. Lower compression (7.8-1). But electric and recoil start! The electric starter, I read elsewhere, may interfere with the frame.

The ATC200x will fit I believe. That model is a forward kicker (which is perfect for rearsets), 5 speed manual, higher compression (9.6-1) and like you said CDI. On the Powroll site, it is the same bore and stroke as an XR200. All performance parts are interchangeable. I'll have to keep my eyes open for a future possible swap.
