That bike was in the sept. issue of cafe racer mag. I dig it. The duc seat is the perfect piece.

I saw it on ebay and saved a pic of it. It's something I'd like to build someday. Love the Paul Smart seat cowl! Not sure how well the exhaust system works, though.
