Beachcomber's Tales from the day

Happy to hear your still at it TJ. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with now that you will have a bit of a bigger space to work in.

Thanx Brodie,

On the final stretch......... the project has now been moved into a 10' x 6' shed along with all my tools and spares etc. Talk about putting a quart in a pint pot !

I will be moving in with my girlfriend at Christmas and the final odd parts to be made will start and after the frame has been finally prepped- paint applied [ Celeste Blue ] the final assembly can begin.

YES, it's taken far too long - but in the interim there's been a toxic [ expensive ] divorce and various serious health issues - resolved for the time being.

Life begins at 80 !!!!!!

Happy Christmas one and all.

My house sale has finally gone through ...............lets' see what 2025 has in store for me.

Ride safe my friends.

Well, 2025 has been and almost gone. I'm now firmly established with my new partner and making do with my tiny 10' x 6' shed as my workplace.

The drama and trauma of the past 6 years is now a diminishing memory and I'm more determined than ever to get the two projects over the finish line.

The Boardtracker is well on the way - odds and ends need detailing plus the electrics [ arrgghhh ] to finish and the Glemseck Cafe Racer will be picked up in earnest in the new year.

Just time to wish all my DTT pals the very best for Christmas and the New Year ..... ride safe my brothers.

Your ramblings kinda remind me of Jim Fogg stories, (BIKE magazine and independent publishing, late 70's?) except yours are real life tales.
