Gramby

GOB was learning life lessons all over the place.
Hey, everyone. I'm Gramby. From Minneapolis in the United States. I've been a motorcycle fan since I got Hugo Wilson's "The Encyclopedia of the Motorcycle" in high school.

Now I've got a couple of 70s KZ bikes. One is a 1974 Kz400 that I'm rebuilding. That might have been a mistake, because I've never rebuilt a bike before. I have a Clymer's manual, but I kind of feel like my brain goes fuzzy every time I sit down to work on it. But it's not too bad. I just have to rebuild the top end and I'm set.

The other bike I have is a '78 Kz200. I bought it customized (sort of). The previous owner had turned it into kind of a rat bike, so some work is done, and some work I probably have to un-do. :) But it runs and drives, and I just need to sort out some electrical stuff and some carb stuff. I saw One_Lunger's post on here showing his excellent Kz200, and I hope to turn out something similar.

And I'm getting a nice bonus tomorrow from my job, so I'm tempted to drop some change on a third bike, but we'll see. :)

Anyway, glad to meet all of you! I'll have plenty of questions. In fact, I'm going straight to the other forums to post some stuff now!

Yep, even Hipsters are welcome ::)

Nice bikes a few holes short for a fat guy, but cool little scoots... Pics? we like pics :o
