Bike won't rev quickly

Probably have insulating washers in wrong place or the terminal is grounding.
Is the right coil hot?
 
I ended up messing with the gap until I did get the right point to finally spark when at the mark. Started engine and idle shot up a lot higher than before and it did rev a lot faster but than after about 20 seconds I had to turn the idle back up to keep it running and it was once again slow to rev. Guess I'm going to repeat the process tonight. Went ahead and ordered new points for the heck of it too.
