absolutely love what you have done.....

it looks killer....(ide love to ride it too!!!)

so how did u do the cooling fins on the engine??

were the cylinder block fins ground/cut down so they were all fairly uniform.. then some alloy fins were cut out of sheet/plate to the dimensions of the original fins....then slid down the block and tig'd from the bottom up??

this has to be one of the best mods ive ever seen to get a unique and original looking motor.... ide love to know more.

They aren't all the way around the engine. They were cut to butte up to each other on either side.

Also the engine block fins were not modified so the fins are actually tapered to fit on one side.

BTW thanks for cross posting the specs as they are pretty much similar.

All but the weight is about 5lbs less than the cafe.
The carb is not 36 it's 34 on this bike.
Front and rear brakes are TT500 magnesium
and the paint was done by Brian Loker
This is a wheelie machine.

and don't worry my man I can't open a shop to sell bikes cause I love 'em so much I'd never sell it.

What a masterpiece.

I really appreciate the way the lines flow from the rear of your gas tank to the nose of the seat. I also dig the skinny & fat tyre combo.

The wheels were hand-laced by pops and hubs are DL racing.
