Bore top clamp?

I know there are a number of machinists here. I need my top clamps bored out. 50mm to 53mm.

Though that's a minimal amount if material to remove, I don't suggest doing so.

The top clamp is from a 2006 Ducati Monster. This mod has been done by many others on the Monster forum (DMF). I'm not the first one to do this. I'm doing a popular conversion to change my front end to a SBK setup.
