Okay so I went ahead and.charged the battery. Ill wait till tomorrow morning yo see it it'll start.
This cb350 still had the little tool kit haha
And the fuse still looks good I only saw one.
I think I'm going to go ahead and take the gas tank off and see the electrical. I just want to see signs of light lol

So here's an update.
I charged the battery at 6amp 6v over night
When I replaced the battery into the cb350 I got lights, signal,and neutral light to work!
Here is the problem, so I put the key into first position and make sure its in neutral and click the electric start. All I hear is a humming. Does this mean the battery is not charged all the way?
What is the second position for on key ignition? When I turn it to second position all electric shuts off.
I'm guessing the process of starting the bike is first position key, hold in clutch, make sure in neutral, hold on the right or rear brake?

You don't need to hold the brake unless you just want to.
Take out the spark plugs and use the kicker to make sure the engine is free. In neutral, but do not pull in the clutch. If it won't kick through, fill the spark plug holes with automatic transmission fluid, wait a couple days to give it time to seep past the rings, and try kicking it again.
Humming could be just a stuck starter. Pull it and floor test it. Hook the hot lead of your charger to the battery cable lug on the starter, touch the ground lead to the starter housing. If it so much as twitches, starter is likely fine.
Be very cautious with that fuel tank. Decent condition stock paint is very hard to find these days. If you plan to run a different color scheme, get different tins and set your stock ones aside for safe keeping.

The humming sounds like its from the middle part of bike by the battery.
Ill try the starter idea.
For the spark plug test do I pull out both spark plugs?
What does this test do? I mean I can kick it just fine. But its not starting with kicking.
You think the gas tank will be worth some money? It has some dents and some paint is peeling away, as well as rust ...

You were trying to start it without fuel?
That won't work. ???
Where is this battery from by the way? Is it new? Was it initially charged properly? Is it full? If you don't have a way to check the voltage at the battery, and it's not new it could be junk for all you know. Changing rectifiers and messing with wiring is futile if you don't have a working battery.
Also, did you set the points and check for spark yet? If you don't have a manual, get one. There are links to free downloads somewhere on this forum.
