Bridgestone Spitfire S11 tires

Winter's coming quick and I'm itching to take my project (http://dotheton.com/index.php?topic=8399.0) in a different direction. Therefore I have a set of Bridgestone Spitfire S11 tires with less than 20 miles on them for sale.

Sizes are: 100/90/18 front and 120/90/18 (white letter) rear.

What direction are you taking the bike now? I am building a 360 and am in need of tires...Are these tube tires or tubeless? Also, how much do you think shipping would be to Atlanta, GA? Thanks,
