I have a bunch of cable kits in my garage. Clutch/ throttle cables, and brake lines. They are all for hi bars, from 6"-12" longer than standard cables. They've been around, the packaging is worn. But most cables are in great shape.
I realize most cafe bikes need the shorter, but maybe you can find a use for some.
I also have a couple standard tach cables for Honda CB CL 450
