Found this yesterday. http://kitchener.kijiji.ca/c-ViewAd-W0QQAdIdZ34590823 Thinking of picking it up for my buddy's wedding present. Damn lucky guy!!!! Gonna check it out Monday.

Damn... nice find. Especially with the wire wheels and that... i can see a REAL nice scoot outta all that.
 
Picking the complete bike up tonight. $400. He went and sold the spares (with spoked wheels >:() on me on Sunday. Bike doesn't run, but chrome is beautiful. Looks to be all original and fairly unmolested. Paint is crap though, and aluminum definitely needs a polishing. Might be in the market for some spoked wheels if anyone has some.

Don't bother with spoke wheels, not worth the time and effort. Those mags look good and if they're 17s you can get better tires.
 
bummer on the spokes... and the extra parts.... some people, i tell ya.
 
You need any info on it ask away. I've come to know the inside and out of the 77....a touch of differences from even the 78, even though they share the same motor. VM26 carbs, too, but different.
