the crisscross across the center of the tank. looks like there were bands on the tank and someone sprayed white over top then removed them. perhaps i'm looking at it wrong?

Its just a reflection of the sky and a building. Nothing special.

Ahhhh those lines..I'm a little slow sometimes. The PO was going to cut the tank, make it a little smaller.
