Have you got the other piece out?
I don't have a spare but I do have CB360's so could possibly make one if you can't find one on eBay/Amazon/etc
Is it same as CB350F?
I have one I could use for pattern

I have found one on ebay, buy it's $30 US!!!!! By the time I get that here to Barbados it'll cost me about double!!!!!
I haven't gotten the piece out...

That's totally crazy price, I wouldn't pay more than $10.00 (plus shipping)

Price I pay for all this sunshine. Lol.
But I now think of another problem...how do it get out the broken piece?

You have to drill it out and use an extractor. Or, if you know someone that can weld, and it has access to being weldable, you can weld an old bolt to it and wrench on it.

Is there anything sticking out you can get a vice grip on?
Do you know anyone with an electric welder (Stick.mig/tig)
Hold a nut over the broken piece and weld through to broken bolt, allow to cool then unscrew
be really careful if you have to drill it I've seen several with 'scrap' cases when drill wandered off center or 'easy out' snaps in there (don't use easy out, they are crap)
