Can anyone help identify this brake?

Hey guys I'm in a pickle and I'm wondering if you could help.

I have a 72 CB450 and I have all sorts of extra parts. The brake caliper that came on it and actually fits it is the one with pictures attached. I bought brake pads a and they didn't fit it but fit another caliper I have. That caliper does not line up properly and I'd like to use this Tokico I've attached. Can you identify what bike this is from? I would like to get pads for it.

I would really appreciate the help. This project has been killing me.

Not sure of the model it's from, but you realize the old pad is still in the caliper there?

A dimension would help identify it, put a ruler in the picture next to it..
 
Yes I realize the pad is there. I accidentally dropped it in making sure it was the right one. Didn't feel like finding and firing up the compressor to get it out. Ill take another picture tonight to hopefully show size better
 
90% sure its a cb500f. The 750's have the bleeder on top, this one has bleeder and hose in an opposite angle, just like the 500's

The little square hole on top of the piston in the caliper holder is something i have not seen before. Could be custom fabwork for some odd reason?
 
I have seen two different calipers on the cb450s. Specifically what did not fit? which brake pads did you get?

The square hole is the guide for the pad. A screw goes into the top of the pad backing and the head of the screw rides in the square cut groove
 
I bought pads from Dime City Cycles that were simply labelled for a CB 450. At the time I never thought twice about it. They were too wide to fit into this caliper but I had another caliper that came with the bike when I bought it. The pads fit in that caliper. I had to change the the mounting bracket off the fork to accommodate. Now that the wheel is back on the caliper that the pads fit in does does line up with the rotor. Instead of the pads being parallel with the rotor they hit it at an angle. I am pretty sure this caliper will work so I'd like to order some pads.
 
Yes the square hole is a guide and the other side of the caliper has a round hole that a peg off the opposing pad would go through and be held in place by a pin
 
I did the same thing with DCC. the part number you need is EBC FA-12. I picked up a set at my local Honda dealership and they were perfect.
