CB125 Head Swap, Help!

Fat man on a little bike
Hey all, upon tearing in to my cb125, I discovered that the intake valve was stuck open. So, upon taking it to the shop to get un-stuck, I discovered that the valve seat was shot. Bad. The guy I talked to at the shop said he didn't know of anyone local who could do the work, and that he thought i was about as close to SOL as possible.
So, I looked up cb125 heads on eBay, and none really looked better than mine.
So here I am, looking at doing a head swap. I have a 124cc engine with the two piece head. I saw that people have talked about using xr200 parts as a swap. I was wondering if I could use an XR200 head on my 125 top end without (much) modification. I would like to keep this as much of a simple budget build as possible. Anyone have any insight to how this would go?? Thanks for any help! If not the XR200, then any idea what head i could swap in? Or if its close to the same in price, maybe even an engine swap?? Thanks!!

I saw that the XR200 XR185 and CB125 all use the same valves, and the heads appear to be the same (except for the different engine mout). I have found 185 heads for cheap on eBay, will one of these work?? And would the top half of the 125 head work with the lower from the 185 or 200??

To the best of my knowledge that stuff almost all works together. I got a 200 lower end from a guy that had built it into a 100cc speedway motor. Stroked crank and all. I am now putting the lower end together with a 185 top end. The 6 speeds and all should be great. Check out my pics
