CB175 Battery/Electronics Tray Ideas

Ok, so I'm trying to figure out how much space I will need for all of my electronics to hide everything under the seat. I'm getting a anti-gravity battery which is about 3"x4" so other than that, I'm thinking rectifier, regulator and that's about it right? I'm only running headlights, taillight. I'm not running turn signals, horn or anything like that. Simple as possible.

My question is if I put a tray bewteen the seat mount and the factory cross member on the frame (not the vertical tail support structure), will this be enough space for everything???

I attached a picture of what size I'm thinking. Does anyone have any photos of things they have done?? Please share!

Make a cardboard or foam mockup of the battery and start putting the parts in there...no way to be sure but to make sure
