CB350 Allen Head Bolts

Been Around the Block
Bought screw set from dcc looked in my manual not exactly telling me each size screw and what goes were for left side crankcase lower covers only one that made sense was alternator cover dish but the rest some take washers with screws and different lengths in the left crankcase screw pack I looked at diagram online for cb350 left crankcase also not much learned

For my 360 I got all bolts individually and I don't remember using washers on any of them (if you're talking about the outer casing).

They should be similar lengths but the longer ones wont fit all the way in some holes, you could try sorting them out with trial and error. Maybe some take washers because the originals were flange bolts?

Bikebandit.com has exploded views of everything for your bike that could guide you a little if you haven't seen it yet

Easiest to take out the old bolts, one at a time, and put the new ones in (hint: they'll be the same size)

It's pretty obvious what goes where once you try it. Don't torque them down like a madman, but they only come in two sizes. The long ones won't fit in short holes.

Left crankcase pack came with 2 diff thread sizes almost alike and like 2 real long ones I know we're they go

Seems the pack dime city is selling is wrong for a 69 cb350

Bolts labeld left crankcase in pack are fully threaded when original screws are not fully threaded

Polished Stainless Steel Allen Head Bolt Kit - (Fits: CB/CL/SL350 & CB250)

all dowel locations on side covers use longer bolts,,fully threaded is not to worry...6-7ft lbs of torque is rcommended

Doesn't matter. You'd have a problem if the female portion was fully threaded and your bolts weren't, but not the other way around :)
