I've got other engine parts too.

Anyway... glass beaded it. Don't see any broken or bent fins. No evidence of water. $50 plus shipping

It has not been taken apart correct? Did you depress the valves to get look at the seats? If it all looks goo I'll take it.

I haven't but I can give it a shot. I don't have a valve spring compressor here at work though (I do have the head here).

What I can tell you is everything looks good that I can see externally, but one plug hole had a helicoil in it. It was loose so I removed it. Should be able to screw another in as I didn't touch the threads.
